Delivery & postage
Delivery is by Royal Mail and we usually send out orders the next day after your payment is confirmed.
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and refund you in full. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your order or an email from us.
Postage and packing will be added automatically, at the following rates, which are based on current Royal Mail 2nd class / standard prices (valid from 31st March 2023).
Extra deep CD cases or DVD cases, are charged at the rate for two CDs, due to their size, and book delivery costs are calculated by weight.

We have had to adjust our rates to take into account the varying rates charged for different geographical zones by Royal Mail. We have done our best to mitigate increases by reducing the price for small orders wherever possible. These rates will be applied automatically when you fill in your address. Anyone ordering from outside the UK who wishes to know their Zone is recommended to look on the Royal Mail website.
