Delivery & postage
Delivery is by Royal Mail and we usually send out orders the next day after your payment is confirmed.
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and refund you in full. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your order or an email from us.
Postage and packing will be added automatically, at the following rates, which are based on current Royal Mail 2nd class / standard prices (valid from 2nd April 2024).
Double CDs, extra deep CD cases or DVD cases ("special"), are charged at the rate for two CDs, due to their weight / size, and book delivery costs are calculated by weight.
U.K. addresses (excluding Channel Islands)
1 - 2 items /double /special = £2.95 3 - 7 items = £4.25 8 - 10 items = £7.95
Non U.K. addresses Royal Mail has recently changed the system and rates yet again. If you place an order and we find the rate is actually incorrect, we will email you and sort out the difference. Postage is "international economy" in order to keep rates as low as possible. Anyone ordering from outside the UK who wishes to know their Zone is recommended to look on the Royal Mail website.
